Initially to quote, home owners will need to contact a draftsman or architect to organise the layout of their renovation. Then a structural engineer can design the post, steel beam and footing details. These are the most important sections of information in order for us to provide you with an accurate quote. Until this information is available, we can only give estimates. If you’d like an idea of costings, please see our Price Guide page.

Most general restumping and related work does not require these details.
